Every year on Valentines Day, my office hosts the highly competitive: Battle of the Cupcakes. Making this day EVEN better, this year I was asked to be a judge. I was SO excited at the thought of sampling 25 varieties of cupcake I could hardly contain myself! Then they told me I was relegated to a lousy “visual judge”. SIGH…. I only got to LOOK at the cupcakes and vote on the prettiest. What a tease. It’s a delicious event and money raised goes to a local food pantry. The 600 people in the office get to experience a brief sugar-high before we come crashing down. Here are some of my favorite entries…..
